Confused how this guy is still in business. Harry the owner is beyond rude and disrespectful. We attempted to rent from him but as others here as well as the ton of bad reviews on TripAdvisor relay - we just never showed up. We ended up renting from Half Moon Outfitter the next day only for him to start yelling at us while were were getting into the water. I am not a happy Paddle board person! A total of 10 people were suppose to go paddle boarding at 10 am on 7-5-2014. The owner never showed up, key in door of office with a beer bootle sitting on the counter! Waited almost 45 min, called several time, no answer and recording states mail box is full. This is no way to run a business!!!
My husband and I rented kayaks tonight and had the most amazing experience on Shem Creek! We paddled alongside a manatee and tons of dolphins. Beautiful night!
