Wonderful place ! My 10 yr old is in great hands with Dr Krieger and his staff! Highly recommend!

My experience with this place has been HORRIBLE!!! I would NOT recommend Reasons: 1) I had a 2 yr refund (from son's braces) which I was not aware of till I went back for add'l services for myself, 2) Bank draft payments for services that I had not rec'd, 3) ALWAYS 15-20 min wait time each visit (I would be ok but I schedule during lunch b/c I'm told I'm just picking up trays, which s/b in & out - NOT), 4) I've been wearing the same invisa liners for 3 months, (unacceptable), 5) Icing on the cake - went for new trays this we... read more

The staff is amazing! They have taken such good care of my son.
Buyer Beware! They tried to pull the Bait and Switch. The initial visit was great, they showed their price structures. Then on the first visit to get braces they changed the deal and wanted more money. We drove from Murrells Inlet twice, I will not do business with them. What a joke!
My daughter had an expander and braces last year and today she had them taken off. Her smile is fabulous!!! I recommend Fleming,Wise , Scherer. The staff are wonderful and very patient with my daughter. I am truly thankful for everything.
