All they care about is charging that insurance . Acts like a jerk when you don’t want root canals just simple extraction.
Horrible all they care about is making money !!!!! Can’t even go back with kids for a simple tooth getting pulled … got mad when said didn’t want root canal just tooth pulled .

My daughter has Von Willebrand's disease, a disorder in which her blood doesn't clot properly. She is a hemorrhage risk. Went in for a consultation because I have a wisdom tooth that was bothering me. Turns out Dr.Strauss said I had an infection in the one that is showing which I already knew and needed all 4 of them out. Cool I’m fine with that. Told me I needed to schedule and I can’t do that being I live an hour away and would have to plan something like this as I work for a living and so does my wife. I had an implant put in and I had some bone loss around the implant. The dentist that put the implant in did not want to fix the issue. He wanted me to go to a pediatrist and he said he would send him notes. As of 2-7-22, no notes were sent. I will never use them again.
I had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday by Dr. Oliphant and I truly do not have enough good things to say about the experience. I had extreme anxiety about the procedure and each person in the office went above and beyond to calm my fears. Anna was beyond amazing and such a calm, welcome presence. I’ve had little to no pain and am so thankful!
