Planned on living here Wow I was planning on checking this place out again but after reading all the reviews theres no way. Especially with those prices after so many bad reviews. Rather keep living in my car. Such a shame
Run away Very old, out dated and rundown, ac is always out, the manager is very rude.
You get what you pay for. I am the type to never believe in or write reviews but living here has made me want to tell others about what goes on here. When I 1st moved in everything seemed to be great. Being close to everything is great and all but not for all these problems. The price was reasonable for the size space that you're getting but things started to take a turn. The water was cloudy and tasted weird, spiders were everywhere in the common area. Stay away Staff cares only about keeping all the apartments leased for the old lady that owns them so she is comfortable on her yacht in Miami. Staff is rude. The apartments are turning into s slum. Trash is left out on apartment door steps for days. At Christmas there were piles of trash left out for 5 days. There was a Christmas tree left out by one apartment for 2 months. FIRE HAZARD. Old To much for rent no tennis courts not spacious the staff is rude
Ms K old, it needs up date in doors looks floors pool is too small up dated in the gym everything is again out dated
