I’m not gonna say this once, but Charleston can build.and you can tell by the models.
Please see below photos of what spending $500,000 with Charleston homes gets you. Water in basement, plumbing pipes rattling in walls "they fixed the pipe but not the wall", unsecured electrical outlets, back splash grout falling apart, crooked receptacles in cabinets, dented cabinets, and concrete spalling. All of this on a 2 year old home.
Cindy and the whole Charleston team were the utmost professionals, courteous and well-organized. They made the detailed process of building a new home extremely easy to navigate. Cindy was always available to answer our questions and offer helpful advice. For anyone seeking to build a home, I offer my highest recommendation to Charleston. Seriously, I'd give 6 stars if I could!
If you are looking for a new home check out Charleston homes. If you would like a great agent come to Falcon Pointe subdivision off of Capehart in Papillion and ask for Anna Lemieux. She was amazing with us. She helped us through all our changes, and what she thought we would like our not like. Even after a year she still checks on us to see how we are doing. Again Anna is the best!!
