Owners Beware... I wrote a review year ago and deleted in fear of being kick out after Josh called me furious...fast forward 12 (ish) months later as my lease is about to end and they want to raise the rent by 44%! Yep 44% increase in 1 year and if I didn't inquire 3 months in advance he would of told me 30 days leaving me scrambling to find a place. I had defaulted on my account. I had tons of crazy charge-offs , and also I had a foreclosure on my house. The thought of it every night hurt my head. And each of this hurt my credit score badly it was at 450 and when I contacted Experian even with my loan cleared it could hurt my account for up to a decade, this got me scared. I was referred to CHS Home Rentals by a reputable realtor in the area that retracted all other references to this company after hearing of Matt’s lack of ability to manage, respond to emails, and have correct accounting procedures in place. Liars and thief's. Check yelp and BBB. Don't be fooled by the website and suits. If you're a renter they will steal from you and never help. If you're an owner they will lie and steal from you. These people should be jailed. Its been years since they stole my security deposit, and I can see they are still up to their same games. Criminal scum bags, the lot of them.
