RecommendedYes I would recommend Charleston ! My father-in-law lives there and all the staff in every department are amazing ! They understand when the residents are having a bad day and are very loving and kind to them. When you walk in you never see the nursing staff sitting around doing nothing they are always with a patient even if it’s just talking to them. the staff is amazing. they welcomed my mom with open arms. its kept very clean. when you walk in you don't have the smell like other places. they have a lot of activities. they do things to involve the family. they call when medications are being changed.
I have worked at Charleston for the past 20 years. Everyday I am amazed at our staff and their huge hearts!!! They care for the elderly everyday and do it with such compassion and love!
Absolutely I highly recommend Charleston, as this facility is a very truly dedicated, loyal facility not only to it's residents but also to employees.
I'm truly blessed to be able to work at Charleston Healthcare for the Sparks family and with the awesome staff we have. They all work hard to provide great service and a caring atmosphere for everyone around them.
I can't say enough about the excellent care my grandmother received while living at Charleston. The staff was incredible. The care they showed to my family, to my grandmother, and to the other residents every time I visited was simply wonderful. My grandmother loved her time at Charleston and told me so on every visit. My father was there for 3 weeks. He was always wet, never shaved and the clothes we took home to wash were soaked. He went to another facility and was always shaved, never wet and the clothes we took home were dry. I wish that we had never let him go to the Charleston it’s one of the few regrets that I have had since my dad passed away.They didn’t have enough staff for the patients.
