RecommendedI love the community here. The people are great. Malvern Borough is a great place to live. We are about a mile or so from town and great foods and festivals. I do wish my floors didn't feel like I was walking on paper and a few general building flaws, but it's also 30+ years old. the office is nice but sometimes stuck by the corporate overlords in how they can help. Completely redoing the siding which really makes it look lovely. Quiet. Family friendly. Swimming pool. Bucolic. Walking distance to town. Much more like a home than an apartment!
Just moved in, Kat the assistant mgr, and the maint dept were very friendly and helpful. We love our place !
