Twice we had appointments set for a window replacement. Twice they did not show up. If the owner reads this I would love for them to reach out and i'll share the details and the jobsite. You all came highly recommended but disappointed us even more
As a repeat customer of this business, my most recent experience was quite disappointing. The job was to replace a shower enclosure at one of my nicer rental properties. I got 3 bids and this company was in the middle, cost-wise. I hired them since I had used their glass services before on other homes. The job was a fiasco. They measured and several excuses and months later came out to install. After removing the existing enclosure they realized their measurement were off and needed to re-order the frame and door.
