I had a very clear deadline for a piece of glass I ordered and it was no problem to be ready Friday at noon. One of my guys showed up at 1:00 and the glass was not ready. After asking nicely to get it done my guy waited over an hour and a half at the store only for them to kick him out at 3 and say they wouldn’t finish it until Monday. I run a business and the most important thing is to do what you say you’re going to do and these guys were too incompetent to do so.

I needed a new shower and the lady that answered the phone said she cannot schedule until they are coming out to my area which is in West Ashley. The lady said after they get a few more appointments in West Ashley they will call me to schedule an appointment to come out I think that is very unprofessional. I understand if you have a tech going to that area on Friday to wait until Friday to schedule for that area but if you don't have anyone going to that area you should go ahead and schedule me you should not have to wait fo... read more
