Being a new patient I was a little nervous but the friendly atmosphere eased my mind. I believe her name is Angela. Very nice friendly personable person. She definitely set my mind at ease. Dr Turner also very polite in what all I need to have done. I feel comfortable and confident that I have found a home with Ashley River comprehensive Family Dentistry.
I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for Dr. B and Amanda. They consistently provide excellent customer service and go above and beyond to ensure their patients feel valued and cared for. Amanda, in particular, always treats me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. Her positive attitude and dedication make each visit a pleasant experience. If she has not already received a pay increase, I truly believe she deserves one for her outstanding service and commitment to patient care.
Dr Turner rushed both myself and my husband. He was sloppy with my resin fillings and they had to be smoothed out several times. They are rough and chipping again. He gaslit me twice not wanting to listen to my issues. He rushes and doesn’t listen. Also lack of smoothing out a rough tooth area for years led to a preventable cavity. I wish Dr Turner would have recommended grinding out that area years ago. The dental hygienists are great!
The visit was pleasant. I would recommend this practice 100%.
My care here was done very professionally and completely. All personal were totally competent and friendly and cheerful. They made sure I knew all I needed to know about taking care of my teeth.
I was greeted professionally and was given the opportunity to express what I wanted!! The staff was very friendly. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for great service.
I did not like getting switched for someone else to take a picture of my tooth and then having to wait for my hygienist to come back. I left without the Fluoride treatment. I hope this doesn’t happen next time
THE TEAM IS AWESOME EVERYONE IS FRIENDLY AND THE YOUNG LADY THAT WORKS WITH DR TURNER IS BEAUTIFUL,I BET SHE FAVOR HER DAD🙂🙂🙂AND MOM TOO🙄
Everyone on staff was very polite and helpful. Dr. Wolf took time to explain what needed to be done and how he could take care of it. He cared about me!
