Scheduling and check-in, check-out were very professional. Dental tech was thorough and provided painless cleaning using manual "pick" because of covid, followed by polishing, dental x-rays. Dr George conducted a complete, comprehensive dental inspection. Summary: a great preventative experience. More than worth a 35-minute drive from Mt Pleasant!!
Dr. Bueschgen is not only thorough and expert - he's willing to spend time explaining to the patient the reasons for his diagnosis and the options available to remedy the situation. Great empathy also!
I am new to the area, therefore I needed to find a new, reliable dentist. This place did not disappoint! They were very clean and friendly (even at 8am), and my hygienist couldn't have been nicer! I can't remember her name, however she was super great at keeping me informed about what she was doing, and even making it somewhat enjoyable during the process. First time visit and I absolutely love everyone that I met yesterday. I had an issue with a tooth, but have to have premedication for procedures so I thought I would have to make another appointment to begin work. But, as it turned out, I had my prescription called in and a same day appointment for approximately 1 1/2 hours later. The whole process was easy and pain free. Everyone is so nice and welcoming.
