Cane in to have my ears checked and cleaned of wax. The PA did a wonderful job and I was able to make an appointment with the audiologist before I left. The entire staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Charleston ENT!!
I did have a somewhat good experience but I was given an unnecessary hearing test. The Dr did remove a piece of ear wax that actually solved one issue that I had to ask him to remove, he wasn’t going to remove it. The issue with my tinnitus was never even addressed though.
