I am extremely disappointed at the experience I had at this facility today. I was scheduled for a consultation for a patch test, scratch/prick test, and an asthma test. After being treated like a child the entire time, by both the nurse and the doctor, I left feeling extremely let down, as I had been recommended this place from my grandma. I had been called 'little buddy' by the nurse *multiple* times, given unclear instructions for the asthma test, and constantly told I was doing the test wrong. First time visiting this location and meeting Dr. Scarlett. The office staff and assistants were very nice and I didn't wait long at all. Dr. Scarlett is very personable and took the time to answer all my questions. I will be proceeding with surgery.
