This was literally my first time having a hearing test as an adult. I was nervous. However, everyone, even from the front desk, made me at ease and welcomed. I got to watch as Dr. Dozier patiently removed wax from my ears and explained what he was about to do.The Audiologist, Sarah LaPointe, was also very knowledgeable giving me specific instructions on what was needed from me. Charleston ENT has been extremely helpful with my allergies and also getting me in quickly when I have had a ear infection. They quickly cleaned out the fungal infection and prescribed a medication to relieve the pain and infection. I am very satisfied with their service.
