Charleston Court is truly a dream come true! The pricing is incredibly fair and affordable, and the amenities like the beautiful courtyards, a well-equipped gym, a great pool, and free Starbucks coffee can’t be beat. Throughout a busy and hectic apartment search, Brandon in the leasing office was easily the best agent we worked with. Kind, friendly and professional, he knew the property and the area well and was a pleasure to work with!
This has been one of the best places I’ve ever lived. The staff is incredible and the leasing office is very responsive. The maintenance and management of this property makes the difference of all the other properties in Metro Atlanta.
If you're considering living here, don't. This company engages in blatantly illegal and predatory behavior. After deciding to terminate my lease early—which I did by the book and with proper notice—they slapped me with a massive termination fee as expected (already outrageous, by the way). But then, they went back and charged me an additional $350+ *per month* I already lived there, claiming I had received a “concession” that I now had to repay because I was leaving early. I've lived here for 3+ years now. It is safe and quiet. Most apartment complex residents have issues with maintenance, but that's never been the case here! I want to highlight Jay and Barrett. I've had couple things recently that needed to be fixed in my unit and each time they've come, they've been very pleasant. They had to come back multiple times for a recent issue and were very helpful!
