I lived here from Nov 2024 - Nov 2025 and this is a full and honest review (this account is a throwaway): Pros: --Courtyard living is beautiful --Maintenance is quick + excellent --Gym is well-equipped (can actually replace your gym membership) --Location (is also a con, see below) Cons: --Location (see, proximity) to Sandy Springs is amazing, but living on this particular road (Glenridge) isn't fun. Charleston Court is truly a dream come true! The pricing is incredibly fair and affordable, and the amenities like the beautiful courtyards, a well-equipped gym, a great pool, and free Starbucks coffee can’t be beat. The location is also perfect and feels safe; everything you could need such as restaurants, shopping, and entertainment is just 5 to 10 minutes away.
