Dry Cleaners I have been going to Charleston Cleaners for years. They do a wonderful job on everything I take into them. They are always courteous, attentive and have my clothes ready to pick up generally a few days later.
Prompt, courteous I have used these cleaners for a long time. They honor all discounts whether you have the coupon or not (after they figured out that I would bring the coupon). All cleaning is done on time. Job is excellent. They are very courteous and help you with carrying your clothes to the car, if time permits. I would give them a higher rating except they are not the cheapest. PROS: Excellent work, courteous and punctual CONS: not the cheapest
charleston cleaners I was really impressed with the owner's support of all childrens little league sports teams. He has numerous plaques plastered all over the counter displaying all the teams he sponsors. The cleaning is not so bad either. He runs his store with his wife and daughter-- small family owned business. There needs to be more of his kind throughout palo alto. I highly recommend them.
Charleston Cleaners - Palo Alto I have been taking my dry cleaning to Charleston Cleaners since I moved to Palo Alto in 2000. It is a family operated business with very friendly staff. They consistently ask when I need to pick up my order, rather than just assigning a date. They are open Saturdays which is very helpful for working people. Once they even sewed on a missing button on a pair of my slacks for free without being asked. I find it very nice to have such personal service. GREAT PLACE FOR CLEANING!!! basically a great place to get your cleaning done. This small family run business provides discounts to customers who don't even have the coupons---- gives out free chocolate to all---- carries your heavy load to and from your car--- allows you to pay 'next time' if you forgot your wallet---- and does an excellent overall job. I live in Los Altos but manage to take my cleaning to them in palo alto eventhough there are many other closer cleaning facilities in my area. I recommend them highly.

An excellent place for dry cleaning Charleston Cleaners is a family run business. The staff is always courteous and efficient. The work is actually done on the premises and not shipped out to another location, so turn around time is quick. I strongly recommend Charleston Cleaners.
