Roach infested, ant infested, poop in the hallways for weeks straight. No maintenance worker so if you need anything fixed good luck. Fire alarms go off non stop. Do not rent here. The management and staff will purposely ignore you. Will tell you they’ll follow up with you just so you can leave them alone and will never fix the issues. If you're looking for a place to live, this is it. Charleston at Fannin Station has been a great home for me, and a big part of that comes down to Destiny and her staff. From the moment she showed me my home, she made the entire process smooth and welcoming. Her helpfulness didn't stop after move-in, either.. she consistently goes above and beyond throughout my year here in helping me in any way she can. I’ve been here for about a week. And the experience has been great. The leasing agent Brandon in the front has been top-tier with getting us moved in and helping us through all of our questions. Overall the great experience.
I'm grateful I was introduced to this property. My move-in experience was excellent, thanks to Destiny, who was friendly and supportive from the start. She helped me navigate the new systems during my move-in seamlessly. Thank you for welcoming us into this community. I know it's going to be a wonderful home for my girls and me. We look forward to creating many memories here.
