Came to Charleston today and had a great experience! The property looked very clean and the staff were very nice. My favorite part of the property was the gym area, equipment looked very clean and new with a lot of space. I also the pool area was nice , kinda small but the setup was very nice. It kinda remind me of a resort style look. The manger was very helpful in making sure my walk through was pleasant and I was able to find the floor plan I wanted!
I've lived at Charleston at Fannin for about a year now, and it's been a great experience. The building is well-maintained, quiet, and secure. The management team and maintenance staff are responsive and professional — any issues I’ve had were resolved quickly. The location is super convenient. Overall, a comfortable and reliable place to live.
I’ve lived at this complex for several years and have noticed significant improvements. Like any new property, there were some growing pains at first, including issues with alarms and management. Since new management has taken over, those concerns have been resolved. The location is a major plus—just minutes from the Medical Center and surrounded by great dining options.
