I moved into this complex a few months ago, initially drawn in by its nice exterior appearance, convenient location, and promising amenities. On the surface, it seemed like an ideal place to call home. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. From the outset, I was very clear with the leasing office about my sensitivity to smoke. Honestly, I love living here. I love my apartment. I get so many compliments on it from my friends and the best part of my experience here is the leasing office, especially Chelsea and Jovana. It seems like they always are in a great spirit and always willing to help. Which is rare for leasing offices in Houston lol
Miguel the maintenance man is very nice! And always helpful and never disappoints when fixing something wrong.
