Very grateful for this apartment and management. Minimal issues and if there were any, maintenance was relatively quick with taking care of it. The landlord Shannon is very friendly, professional, and responsive. Very close to downtown. In my time here I had little to no problems with noise. During the warm months you may see cute cats roaming around. Overall I recommend Charleston for your move - good luck!
My experience with this property was nothing but a blessing and I’m thankful for Shannon and the others for everything they have done for me and my kids. Definitely recommend
Ok just another apartment complex
I lived here for 10 years, maintenance issues were always addressed in a timely manner, Dan was fantastic. Great place to live if you have pets. You can hear the neighbors at times but I never had too many issues, and any I did have were addressed by the office.
