I lived here for 10 years, maintenance issues were always addressed in a timely manner, Dan was fantastic. Great place to live if you have pets. You can hear the neighbors at times but I never had too many issues, and any I did have were addressed by the office.

Overall, good. Shannon from the office handles everything extremely well and professionally. Can hear your neighbors, but myself and my neighbors were relatively quiet, especially compared to the train that comes through. Any issues I had were addressed quickly and even worked around my schedule due to me working nights. I broke my lease earlier than the end term due to a new job and the process was easy. Would stay again if I had to move back.

Great and convenient to live in while in school, staff and nice and friendly and maintenance always comes right away, everyone is very pet friendly as well!

Numbering of units/apartments is very confusing and unclear since of same cost me time and frustration in locating my desired unit. Perhaps renumeration in Google maps of the different buildings/units would help.
