***Update*** The complex made an attempt to fix my threshold problem about three weeks ago or so. I can still not get out of my home because it was not done properly. Any help would be appreciated. I have not been able to leave my apartment since August when I moved in. The threshold repair still does not allow my chair to get out of the door. I had a very disappointing experience living here. I moved in quickly from out of state and, unfortunately, did not have the opportunity to fully assess the property beforehand. Had I known the conditions, I would not have chosen to live here. The complex is poorly maintained, with common areas often dirty, especially the shared laundry room, which was frequently unhygienic and had broken machines. 1/15/2025 Today I amend my review to a water heater breaking and flooding my apartment. Roaches prevalent as ever and possible black mold that the new office manager says it could just be dirty. Looks similar to the pictures I’ve received from previous tenants I’ve reached out to. I am dropping score on this until someone can give me a helpful solution. They literally can’t get rid of roaches and never send people out when you ask them to I’ve had roaches since before I even moved in proved from another tenant and it’s literally a lease violation on their part for “apartment is pest free and clean upon move in” ************************ If not for Morgan I don't know what this place would do.
