1/15/2025 Today I amend my review to a water heater breaking and flooding my apartment. Roaches prevalent as ever and possible black mold that the new office manager says it could just be dirty. Looks similar to the pictures I’ve received from previous tenants I’ve reached out to. I am dropping score on this until someone can give me a helpful solution. They literally can’t get rid of roaches and never send people out when you ask them to I’ve had roaches since before I even moved in proved from another tenant and it’s literally a lease violation on their part for “apartment is pest free and clean upon move in” ************************ If not for Morgan I don't know what this place would do. I'm in a wheelchair I have lived here for 6 months and have not been able to get out of the apartment since the day I moved because the threshold is to high for my wheelchair to get over it going out. I have been given the run around about fixing it, with all promises to fix it left unfulfilled to this point. I was ensured before leasing that the front door was wheelchair accessible as I had no way to come see it before moving in. My review will improve when or if it gets fixed.
Terrible customer service from the woman in the office. As soon as I walked in, I felt judged, and my partner felt the same. Not only that, but another employee was sitting at the desk reading a magazine, and he didn't move so we could sit down and talk with the lady. He didn't even make a move or even welcome us in the slightest. She asked what my budget was for the apartments and offered me one above that, adding fees.
