Horrible! Please do not live here. Management, especially Kim Butler is unresponsive and rude. Our AC was out for a whole month in the middle of the summer, even after submitting maintenance requests, calling the office numerous times, and appearing at the office in person. Apartment had a severe leak in the bathroom for our whole lease that was never properly resolved and whole bathroom was infested with black mold. If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars i would. Please save yourself the constant headache if you’re thinking about moving here. The countless issues we had with our apartment was ridiculous. The management and front desk people are very rude and could not care less about your experience living at Charleston. They take forever to get any issues fixed, if they even fix it at all.
