I live at Akin Golden Triangle managed by charlesgate and it hs been an absolute maintenance nightmare. I have lived here for under 2 months and have had to submit over 25 maintenance request for significant issues. AC has stopped working FOUR separate times as of today, bike storage rooms have been inaccessible for over 10 days, significant water leaks, cabinets falling off of walls , lights and fans not working properly/nearly falling off of walls, doors that are horribly misaligned so they can barely even close, key fobs ... read more
