Quick responses to maintenance concerns and attentive maintenance staff. Each time I've called in a concern they have been able to have someone over to take a look within a few days.
Awful management company. Our floorboards started to lift up and separate due to structural issues, and now it’s a safety concern. They have had people come to look at it, but no one has fixed it in over 2 months! Then they mark it as ‘complete’ in the portal which is false. Do not rent from Charlesgate.
