Charlesgate is a terrible property management organization. They have no fee-free option for paying rent, they fail to fix any issues in their units within even 2 months of calling attention to the issue (even with plenty of correspondence), they lie about sending contractors when they DO decide to get work scheduled, and they fsil to communicate even at a child's level about when repairs may be completed. I would avoid dealing with them as much as possible.

The lack of communication, responsiveness, the run-down apartments, and cancelled work orders is somehow the least of their issues. Our meter reading for our utilities coming back as 500 gallons being used a day when we weren't even in the country, isn't the worst issue. That issue being fraudulently coded on our ledger as unpaid rent, is barely a problem in comparison. The most unprofessional, uncaring people I have ever had the misfortune of working with. Kelly Greene is lazy and incompetent. Cameron Lewis is rude and borderline illiterate. He picks and chooses what he responds to, and I suspect he uses Chat GPT to respond to clients based on his nonsense responses. I would rather live in a tent outside than work with these people ever again.
