I'm here to warn you! I actually enjoy living here! The units may be older, but that’s one of the things I love. They’re spacious, have great character, and come at an affordable price. The office staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to help with any concerns. The security team does their best to keep out the riff-raff, but that can’t really be guaranteed anywhere. Overall, I appreciate the effort the staff puts into making this a comfortable and reasonably priced place to live.

I love the security I have living at Charles gate apartments. With the secure entrance and onsite security patrols. I am happy to call Charles gate my home.
