Very clean
I live here it's very quaint and quiet. Is a great place to get to work quickly, and very close to public transportation. Secure with security gates. The managers are very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance guys are on the job on the spot when there's a problem. Great place to live! 🥰
I love my studio and the area it has a couple of minor issues but what place doesn't happy to be a part of it Charles gate community
They don’t return security deposits.
