If you have a crappy insurance they make you wait
One of the phone operators at this practice is incredibly unprofessional, rude, malicious and inconsiderate. To have someone raise their voice at me and proceed to hang up on me as I was telling them about an extreme medical concern was something I’ve never once experienced before. Absolutely futile and nasty. I hope this office reconsiders who is on their staff, particularly picking up their phones. Do better. I will not be returning. Take this as you will. Thank you
