This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE. THE SON PRETENDS TO BE THE OFFICE MANAGER breathing in the phone rude no greetings skills no problem escalation no training. New secretary no greeting no hello. Lieing. And descriminating against persons. I Feel sorry for elder patients who do not have a voice, to speak up or people to stand up and advocate for them.
