One of the phone operators at this practice is incredibly unprofessional, rude, malicious and inconsiderate. To have someone raise their voice at me and proceed to hang up on me as I was telling them about an extreme medical concern was something I’ve never once experienced before. Absolutely futile and nasty. I hope this office reconsiders who is on their staff, particularly picking up their phones. Do better. I will not be returning. Take this as you will. Thank you

Expect to spend a good 3 hours for your appointment.
Highly recommend Dr. Yanes. Very professional and kind. I've been twice and each time he has treated me as a friend. The wait times have varied from short to long as do all waiting rooms but once I'm seen, I've found the nurses and PA's to be eager to help, professional and friendly. Overall I recommend Dr. Yanes and his team to anyone looking for a family doctor.
