Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! I love going to Whitherell. He and all the staff are very friendly and effcient. He does not try to milk appointments out of you, only recommending what you acutally need. (He told me to only come in when I felt like I needed a tune up- every 3-4 months).

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? Yes, they updated me about what stage I was at in my recovery Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
