Poor deisgn, treat customers badly. Refuse to fix their mistakes and only offer store credit when they mess up! Never again. I am letting everyone I know how I will never again use their business. So far I have tagged many people in my message of how you made my mother cry!
I had Charles street bakery make a beautiful cake that I picked out from Pintrest for my wedding last Saturday, they did an amazing job. The cake was beautiful and delicious!
