If you need help with your Navien tankless hot water heater, there is no one better in the area than Frederick Charles. I highly recommend him and his team. I spent 3 months and thousands of dollars with my previous plumber trying to figure out the issue. I called Charles & Sons and they had the issue resolved in two visits. Thank you very much Frederick Charles & team.

Excellent service. Frederick provided next day service and successfully troubleshot and repaired our Navien tankless water heater all in the one visit. The price was very reasonable, less than half of a competitor’s (Sila) quote. We will definitely be calling them again for any water heater or HVAC maintenance.

I cannot say enough great things about Frederick Charles. I could not find a reputable plumber who would replace our broken water heater for three days, and I could not go through a weekend without hot water, especially with a 90+-year-old parent in the home. We called Frederick on a Saturday morning, and he was willing to locate and install a new Navien tankless hot water system. Frederick arrived at 3:00 PM and worked nonstop until 5:30 AM Sunday. I will never use this service nor recommend. Over the phone, Frederick told me it was a free estimate and I confirmed that 3 times. And the fact that he charged me $198 to tell me that I needed a new HVAC unit is upsetting. I told him I needed a new hvac unit on the phone. That was evident. Especially since I have had 4 different techs come within that week. The last tech came about 3 hours before Frederick came. None of those techs charged me and they did exactly what Frederick did.
