My partner is an addict and this doctor prescribed him benzodiazepines. Very irresponsible. But if you're looking for a pill mill maybe this is the practice for you. I reported this doctor to the medical board of California. Hopefully they get their license revoked.

Great doctor! Super smart and really listened to me as a patient. Looked after me in 2020 when i had Covid V1.0. He was clam, reassuring and had solutions ready to go! Was better within 2-3 days. Owe this man a huge debt of gratitude!
I’ve been with Dr. Skiba now for approximately 15-20 years. He’s an excellent doctor. And trust me, I’ve got enough things wrong with me that I’d be dead by now were it not for him. And yes, he can occasionally be what some folks register as somewhat abrupt. But he’s not a “there there hand holder” type of doctor. If you need that then you probably should see some else. Dr. Skiba, your staff is very ill mannered. Unprofessional and uneducated. Very unbecoming for someone who works In a Hollywood Beverly Hills clinic.
