Gillian is the star performer in this wonderful store. Outstandingly competent and very customer sensitive and focused. We were in Washington celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary and we got a coral ring as a token of our celebration. Wonderful jeweler.
What a lovely store. Upon entering I was greeted by Gillian who was very professional and helpful. The store is very clean and organized. I tend to get overwhelmed in larger stores so I was quite happy with the cozy setting. I was pleased to find some vintage gold hoop earrings at a fair price. Check out was smooth and my item was boxed and bagged very nicely. When I’m in the area again, I will 100% return to see what else has come in.
I had a great experience having a vintage ring resized. Every other jeweler I spoke to tried to upsell me on unnecessary modifications that would have destroyed the sentimental value of the ring, but Charles Schwartz and Sons helped achieve exactly what I was looking for
