I came in with a necklace with a broken chain (not a very expensive one, but I wear it every single day and it is very sentimental) and they were very kind and able to fix it for me right there in just a few minutes. I was very impressed with the service and attention I received especially since I was not a customer there to spend a ton of money and would have been easy to put on the back burner. I will definitely come back here in the future and recommend them for amazing customer service!

Gillian was welcoming and friendly. They added my watch link in a jiffy. The store has a lot of interesting pieces and is warm and inviting. I didn’t even know this place existed but I am happy I stopped by. Definitely a gem in DC.
