No customer service what so ever
Just went through the process to open an account here and move things over from JP/Chase, and it was a huge mistake. While this sole location cannot be held fully responsible for the situation, it was a complete circus. I just called to cancel/close all accounts with CS, and couldn’t be happier for it.
