This office is joke! I've tried calling several times to set up an appointment and talk to someone in the office. My phone calls either get disconnected or picked up by the call center in different states. The Austin,TX call center tried calling the San Diego office and couldn't get a hold of anyone. I tried to two different days at various times. I don't want to drive all the way there if no one is in the office. Insane!

This office can’t process even the simplest operation of opening a new account. Systems are so slow that it takes 15 mins to send an email with the application. The staff is unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing. Once I finally received an application and filled it out, the staff realized that they sent the wrong form… and I need to start the process all over again. Walked in mid-week later in the day without an appointment and was lucky to have almost everything I needed done taken care of. As soon as I arrived, a line started to form of about 4-5 people. Probably best to make an appointment so as not to wait. I was in and out in about 10 minutes so I was happy.
