I visit to ask for assistance opening an account since I am an elderly person who doesn't do well with all this technology. Eric was my clerk, he invited me to his office, opened a lap top and took me to an empty office stating that he needed to make a phone call. What about assisting me with opening an account? If his call was so important ; why did he not let someone else help me with what I came here for?
