Not this specific branch, but the customer service you call are the so bad! I called once and she told me my card was on its way. The day of, I called again and he told me that there was no card being shipped! I don’t recommend this bank, it’s so unreliable
I drove from Green Bay to the Appleton branch on 9/27 for one reason, to get old statements from a TD Ameritrade account that closed shortly before the merger. I drove to the branch and told them what I needed. They made some calls and told me the were working on it and would send them to me in the mail. I waited a month, nothing. I called their support line on 10/28 and explained the request again. The person confirmed the account numbers and told me I would have the statements 10-15 business days later. The app is now garbage. I was also just frozen out of my account after asking support for help. I can not truly expression my frustration without cursing but you can use your imagination. I will be driving to this location to close out my account as that what has to be done now. JC
