Dr Schlosser has always been great, very attentive to your problems, and always finds the best solution for what you’re dealing with. Wait times a little longer than usual sometimes but well worth the wait. Last thing I want is a Dr that doesn’t pay attention or take the time to get to know his patients and their issues at hand. His nurses, techs are also top NOTCH & professional. Only issue I have ever had was the office manager. I’m always willing to overlook things like that to get good quality, consistent care! Great doctor! Cares about hi patients!
1st visit the appointment dates were screwed up. 2nd visit went to office on 1st floor and was told to go to 4th floor then directed back to 1st floor. 3rd visit went to office for 1.30pm appointment and arrived 15 minutes early to confirm insurance etc. Then got parked in a room from1.20 pm until 2.55pm and no Dr.... I am in pain with lower spine or wouldn't be there. Asked lady at desk outside room when I would see him and she said he still had other patients ahead of me. 5 minutes I left and demanded my co'-pay back. Talk... read more
