Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The Temperature was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.No smells. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They have squeezed me in for emergencies when needed. The lab is in house which is handy. I am treated friendly by all.
