In spite of the swelling, I am pleased with the overall results thus far. Reservations were easy, however, the idea of using bills for cash payment was not clear up front. My only comment would be to tell prospects up front. Misako was most excellent as was the other nurse. Both made me feel comfortable prior to the procedure. Dr lee has given me a really satisfying experience. He is really sweet and patient with me, he is also very caring and has done a great job on my eyes. I am really glad I chose him!
Reviews of Dr. Lee's craft initially drew me to this office. He is indeed incredibly professional and skilled, but it was his empathy, attentiveness, and high-quality staff that sealed the deal. A couple weeks prior to my procedure date, I e-mailed Dr. Lee because I felt nervous and anxious and had doubts about a suture method for eyelid blepharoplasty via suture method versus incisional. Quick and efficient, well informed.
I felt rushed by Dr. Lee most of the time. I would have liked him to take more time with me throughout the whole process. I was not impressed by the service of the staff.
Very friendly and professional, maybe a bit rushed at times but overall great experience.
