I saw this doctor for several years. I came consistently and on time. Recently I had to miss an appointment due to an emergency. He is charging me over $100.00 for missing the appointment. His normal charge is $30.00 (based on the deductible). When I tried to explain the reason for the missed appointment, he would even let me finish speaking.
