Hired to assist with eviction and to move the case to DC. He didn't think it was necessary to do the eviction. I ended up doing that on my own. The only thing was done on his part was sending a letter. All the phone calls and foot work was done by me. Now I'm stuck with him to which he stated he can't remove himself from the case until it is over after I told him multiple times that I didn't need his services.
