Dr. Gho is the most inattentive primary care physician I have ever dealt with. My wife has a series of serious illnesses and hasn't seen Dr. Gho's face in a long time. She is only seeing her nurse practitioners but never the doctor herself. The office is extremely disorganized and frankly they don't know whether they are coming or going. Very poor customer service
Dr Goh is absolutely wonderful. She and her staff are always very attentive, and thoughtful. They listen to all you have to say, and find solutions to help you. They make sure they make you feel comfortable, and follow up as needed. I could not recommend them more highly.
Watch out for their billing department. They do not bill properly and then send your accounts to collections. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else!
Dr Goh has been my PCP for over 10 years. She goes out of her way to actually listen to you, and help you. Best doctor I’ve ever seen.
