Dr. Duke has been our child's pediatrician for the past 13 years. She's everything you could want in a pediatrician; knowledgeable, thorough, but what really sets her apart is how well she communicates. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all of our questions without making us feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares. We always leave feeling reassured and well taken care of. Couldn't recommend her more highly.
One month today trying to get an appointment there. Is incredible. The Dr came highly recommended from another MD and this is the only reason I'm trying this because the front desk doesn't help at all. Angela told me I have to wait between 4 and 6 weeks just to see if my kid's records arrive to the office and just them they could set an appointment, I mean come on, they are not coming from the space, it is a fax from another office here in US! thank god my kid is a healthy child because oh my lord :S
Dr. Duke is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is the pediatrician for our 11 month old daughter since birth and we have a wonderful experience everytime we visit her. She is patient with all our questions and takes time to listen to our concerns, however silly they might sound. This is very helpful for first time parents like us with lots of questions. We've been with Dr. Duke since our son was born 3 years ago. I appreciate her kindness, knowledge and patience. She not only cares about my son, but also about me as a parent. Appointments are on time and efficient.
Dr. Duke is phenomenal doctor. She is amazing in her care not only for our daughter (Who has been with Dr. Duke since her birth), but also for us. Dr. Duke is very patient with our questions and concerns as first time parents we were concerned. But her team was very patient and warm with us and took time to answer all our questions. We highly recommend any new parents to consider Dr. Duke for their child's care
