Zero Stars if I could. i had to switch insurance and had to find a new PCP. Took me a long time to find someone that is taking new patients and also my insurance. Spoke with the receptionist at Kablotsky who was lovely and asked me questions about what kind of a doctor I'm looking for and it seemed like it was going to be a perfect fit. I was disappointed with my experience. The NP's seemed rushed and did not take enough time to listen to my concerns or answer my questions. I felt that my symptoms were dismissed without a thorough evaluation, and the treatment plan was not clearly explained. Communication was poor, and I left the appointment feeling confused about my next steps. I hope future patients receive more attentive and compassionate care. Tried to assist one of my elderly patients with scheduling an appointment but the receptionist was incredibly rude and demeaning and hung up on me
Not impressed with the nurse practitioners professionalism, didn't listen to a word I said. Was told I needed cholesterol medication for my 180 cholesterol as a precautionary measure. They only know how to medicate and not heal. I refused my physical because I'm feeling OK and they way over prescribe medications instead of a natural approach.
