The office m appointment. First time I was told she was on vacation for a week and she would call back when she returns. I called again and was told she was out of the office. The third and fourth times I was told she would call me back. It is three and a half weeks since my first call and still no return call from Nina. Each time I called I also had to give my personal information, insurance, reason for visit... Time consuming and still no appointment. Poor office management.
I saw Dr. Mather yesterday and his service was Amazing. He did an injection on my right hand and did a Great job. He listened to what I had to say and clearly explained everything in a proper manner. Would strongly recommend him to my Family & Friends
Dr. Mathur was very polite, shakes your hand when you meet him. He is very good about listening and also explaining what he things is going on and why. I was extremely comfortable speaking with him. He did not have immediate answers for me personally but he got the labs going so we could figure out what is wrong. He also referred me to another Dr. for further help. Spectacular doctor! Dr. Mathur is smart, intuitive, and listens carefully. It's rare to find a doctor that takes time with his patients and invests time in explaining and educating. Buttoned up and friendly staff, too.
He is amazing! He explains everything thoroughly, he’s funny and has a great personality. He makes you feel comfortable with your treatment.
One of the best doctor out there.
