Dr. Otu was very pleasant. He listened, was very attentive, and listened. Put my girl was at easy. I liked that he had a good bed side manner.
Dr. Otu is by far the best specialist we have ever been too. He is very good with my son and has an amazing way to let all parties know exactly what is going on, whether its a appointment or a procedure.

Dr Charles is so kind and put my daughter to ease during the visit. He listened to my concerns and addresses all of them with me. His nurse Bethany is so sweet and very helpful. I highly suggest him to anyone that has a child needing a Pediatric GI doctor. Dr Charles is the BEST!

We were very pleased with our grandson’s visit. Very thorough. The fact that he obviously cared and was listening to us as well as J. Was wonderful.
I love Dr. Otu's attention to detail in every area. I love that he explains everything in terms I can understand. He and his staff are wonderful.
For every appointment we have never waited less than one and a half hours before ever seeing the doctor. It's normally around 2+ hours. There's a constistant problem with the staff mismanaging appointments, test results, and billing.
