This place has the best customer service I have ever had, anywhere, and they are quality people. Their jewlery and items are also quality items. ....... in my experience, I had an issue with a piece of jewlery purchased from here (it broke). I emailed them around 1015pm last night, explaining my situation. They emailed me back at 10:43pm...and it wasn't an automated email, it was from them personally written telling me to bring it in tomorrow (which is now today. ) I brought it in today, they looked at my item, said they cou... read more

What an incredible experience! I was greeted with smiles when I walked in the door, and there was a no pressure, and relaxing vibe. I needed an anniversary gift for my wife and wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for. Then one of the salespeople guided me to some really cool necklaces and I found the perfect firefly white gold diamond solitaire necklace! We worked out a deal and my wife loved it, thanks guys! I was in and out w the perfect gift in less than 20mins!
