Dr. Nelson did my right knee replacement on 4/29/2025 and I can say he did an amazing job. I am truly excited to be able to function normally again, and that is due to Dr. Nelson’s skilled hands. Thank you for helping me get on the road to having my life back to normal again. I totally would recommend anyone who may need this type of surgery to Dr. Nelson.
Dr. Charles Nelson did the wrong surgery on my son THREE TIMES! His reviews are constantly shadowbanned. Do NOT let him operate on you. His bedside manner is beyond terrible, but his precision as a surgeon is even worse!

Dr Charles Nelson lll has been our family dentist now for 22 years. Every encounter for our family of five, whether a routine cleaning, filling, or crown, has been a very positive one. We have recommended many people to him over the years for their family’s dental needs. Some of our family would drive from the Carolinas to have their dental needs attended to. I highly recommend Dr Nelson for any and all dental procedures.
