Dr. Moore is extremely competent in his field, has compassion, and takes the time to make sure his patients understands their condition and treatment options. He is pleasant and provides all the feedback one would expect.
Dr. Moore is very kind, patient, and explains treatment opinions well and easy to understand. He is friendly and tries to lessen my apprehensive at my visits. Highly recommend Dr. Moore for urology needs.
The staff was smiling and competent. I didn't have to wait very long, just a few minutes. The nurse, as always, asked me how I was feeling. Dr. Moore is a wonderful doctor and I want others to know. He has been my doctor for about a year, now, and I appreciate his dedication to helping me get healthy. I have never had a bad experience at Southern Surgery and Urology.
Several months ago, I was introduced to Dr. Moore during an emergency at the hospital. Since then, Dr. Moore has taken much of his time and expertise to help me get healthier. I appreciate his dedication, knowledge, and willingness to explain the how, what, why of health conditions in terms that I understand. Each one of his patients feel as though we are his only patient. DO NOT SEE HIM! HE IS RUDE AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL! TOTALLY CAME IN AND WANTED TO MENTION MY HIV STATUS BY SAYING 'HE WASNT NOT NOT SHAKING MY HAND BECAUSE I HAVE HIV..HE WAS TRYING TO PROTECT ME FROM HIM" TOTALLY A RUDE COMMENT TO SAY IN FRONT OF MY MOM! CAME IN WITH A PROBLEM AND HE DECIDED IT WAS SOMETHING ELSE. TOTALLY NO BED SIDE MANNER! HE WANTED TO MENTION ALL THE STDS I HAVE HAD ...NONE THAT HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH MY URINARY TRACT. JUST INSANE HOW HE IS A DOCTOR
As I said at the outset, Dr. Moore may well be a fine physician, but his practice does not allow one to judge. We would also have preferred a personal apology, or some ownership of the problem. And we certainly do not recommend Southern Surgery and Urology.
An awesome and personal dr who makes you feel more than a number. My wife and I both highly recommend him. He repeatedly checked on her after surgery. He was amazing!
After being left in the room waiting for him to come in for over an hour and a nurse who treated me like she picked me up out of the trash can, Dr Moore decided that instead of having a urinary tract problem I was bipolar! I left crying and would not recommend this doctor to anyone at anytime for any reason!
