The marina with the beats where nice but, unless your camping,there isn't much to see.. the beach area was closed. But God created this beautiful nature....
We have never rented a boat before and weren't sure on how much time that would take. I reserved a fishing boat online. Paid for it and received a confirmation. I then received an email with the waiver info. Completed and that was it. We arrived about 20 minutes before our reserved time of 9 am. We were renting the fishing boat from 9 to 11 am. I just went to fish . I had a good time, was able to bring my dog (on a leash). Some of the areas are overgrown, so I managed to decorate a few trees with some tackle. Caught a little bit of everything, crappy, catfish etc. One hit my line so hard it straightened out my hook! Good place to fish
Lake was beautiful as ever. Seeing a bald eagle fish was perfect. But the seat for my kayak thought it was a lazy boy recliner. Very uncomfortable and hard to enjoy
Great service arrived on time and dogs are happy when done!!
