I live at Candlewood lake and just had my pontoon taken out of the water, brought to my house, winterized and wrapped up for the winter. The 2 gentleman who did all of this, Kenny and Drew were absolutely the very best!!! They did a great job, kept me informed of what they were doing, and the finished product made me so happy I worked with and bought my boat from Charles Mill Marina!!!!!! This Marina is the best!!!!!!!! I have looked, and shopped for supplies, at other Marinas but none of them actually compare, apples to app... read more
We have been docking here for several years and on our second boat, used then new, both purchased from Mike Walker at the marina. What a great experience, Ken and his co-worker showed up early. Not only did they winterize and trailer my boat, they pulled the battery for me. I offered them a tip, they refused it, then they offered to bring the battery to my house in Candlewood. You have two great employees. Thank you Charles Mill!
My husband Mike and I had our work boat repaired in a jiffy! Everyone was super nice and efficient, love visiting there and look forward to going back! We recommend them for everything they offer! Shout out to Chris the mechanic for going above and beyond and John for handling it!! Thanks to all involved! The Kings (MJK SERVICES LLC)
