I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Dr. Buxton and his staff are great. They are very caring and willing to take the time to listen to my concerns and help me to resolve them. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. The office was very easy to locate. Dr Buxton and his staff are incredibly friendly and very kind. They're always gentle with adjustments and make sure to explain everything clearly. My insurance did not cover orthodontic treatment, so they were kind enough to work out an easy payment plan for me. I've been brace free for several months now and my teeth look wonderful! They're always available for retainer adjustments, and have been very generous. I highly recommend Orenco Orthodontics for anyone who needs orthodontic treatment. They took excellent care of me!
I don't usually take the time to write reviews but my experience with Orenco Orthodontics is definitely worth sharing. When my son Steven needed braces I didn’t have dental insurance. Steven had huge gaps between his teeth and hardly ever smiled. A friend of mine recommended Orenco Orthodontics. Steven and I went for a consult (consults are free!) with Dr. Buxton. Getting braces in my 40's made me nervous, but knowing that my 14-year old daughter and 9-year old son would also need braces and orthodontics made it even more difficult - emotionally and financially. HOWEVER - Dr. Buxton and his staff made it a pleasant experience for us - 2 of us are now out of our braces with amazing results, and the third - after completing some other orthodontical procedures - will be going in for braces soon.
