My Inlaws got a quote IN WRITTING from Watts. I called to hire it and they won't honor it. I offered to pay 5% more because it's been about 60 days. And they said no. I only do business with ethical companies and in my opinion this type of service is anything but....I wouldn't recommend them. They don't stand behind their word.

On Wednesday the 22nd of January with the temp in the 40's I woke up to find we had no heat. Watts AC has been my go to for over 20 years so I called to open a service request. A service tech showed up I think within a hour to find that the blower motor in the air handler had froze up. This system had been installed by them back in 2006 so it was an old outdated system and parts would be hard to find plus with it's age I figure it would soon become a money pit. Had an issue with the blower motor. Tech knew what it was as soon as i described the symptoms. Was suprised at a $750 price tage on a part that you can buy in the $400 range all day. A bit on the bloated price.

We are so impressed by the excellent service we’ve received from Watts! They have proven knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. Their technicians diagnosed and repaired complex issues with our AC unit, and Julie in the office went above and beyond to assist us. Highly recommend!
