Zero respect for their patients. Constant following up on referral papers being sent to a specialists. Having to call both offices to confirm whether they have received it. While the nurses here constantly keep saying that they've sent it. Still making mistakes after 2 attempts, we are still waiting. They keep brushing it off as if it's not important. Absolutely terrible doctor and office. Nurses and entire team are completely incompetent. Been trying to schedule my dad's colonscopy and they keep messing up on all the paper works. It's been ongoing for 2 months now. They keep referring to doctors who either don't take our insurance or has the doctor's information completely wrong. Unprofessional. RUN! Do not go to this doctor!
Patient beware, unprofessional office. It has now been one month since Dr. Le advised that a referral would be submitted for my father to see a specialist at either San Diego Sports Medicine or Synergy Orthopedic. Over the last four weeks, I have followed up with Dr. Le’s office four to five times. During each call, I was assured by the office/Dr. Le that the referral had already been sent. I have no complaints with the care I have gotten in the office, however if you have a problem or health concern and call for an appt I am told it will be months. When I explain that I have problem now that need attending I dismissed and told to go to urgent care. This is unacceptable or should be when a patient needs help.
