I have no complaints with the care I have gotten in the office, however if you have a problem or health concern and call for an appt I am told it will be months. When I explain that I have problem now that need attending I dismissed and told to go to urgent care. This is unacceptable or should be when a patient needs help.
He's a great Dr., his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. He's caring. Listens to you, and does everything to make you whole again! I recommend him for outstanding care! Thanks Doc!!
While our experience with the doctor has been positive and we’ve appreciated their care, our interactions with the office staff have been frustrating and concerning. We’ve spent over two weeks trying to obtain a referral for my elderly grandmother and were initially told it would be sent within that timeframe. The worst doctor office ever.after they had me for 8 years on blood pressure medication the refused to refill because I didn't have money to do blood work.after I told them that I've been out of medicine and I already don't feel good they suggested to go find another doctor.the young lady who represented the office manager was very rude to be honest the manager is even more rude and only she cares is about money not people's health
I don't know about the bad reviews, but I have always had a good experience with getting my needs met. I came from a doctors office that the doctors never listened, refused to give me meds when I needed them. This doctors office always makes sure there needs are met. Listens to people with disabilities which is a big plus, because their are doctors that treat people like they don't understand their needs.
