I found Dr. Sullivan to be very knowledgeable about my joint problem, explaining the complex issue clearly. He was respectful of my health care decision.
This is a highly trained and experienced hand specislist
I felt very uncomfortable around dr Sullivan. He was rude, I felt very talked down to and I ended up having to see a different doctor for my treatment because he was misdiagnosing me. It feels that he lets his ego get in the way of providing adequate treatment and care for his patients and I am seeing I’m not the only one who’s had this experience. Do better.

He misdiagnosis does me the Monday after I was in the ER and didn’t order a MRI to be sure and I suffer3d for over 2 years with Rotator Cuff pain! He only ordered PT I really wanted to see DR Price but I had to see the oncall DR for the follow up!

I met Charlie in 2007 at the University Of Utah. I went there with a partial amputation on my right hand. Since then, 13 surgeries later and he has done every one. Very professional and great bedside manner. He is the only ortho that I will use.

Dr. Sullivan was very enthusiastic about problem-solving a difficult situation in my wrist, which for an active person like myself was imperative to have full range of motion, less pain and better use of my hand. He did an creative and competent job in putting me back together and I now have great use of this damaged wrist, much strength and very manageable pain. I would recommend him to anyone and have had another surgeon comment on how appropriate and well done the surgery was.
