Many years ago, I was hit by a drunk driver. I was taken to University of Pennsylvania Hospital and Dr. Nelson Placed a rod and four pens in my right knee. That was almost 20 years ago. unfortunately, I am starting to experience a little discomfort and pain. However, I am most grateful for the years I was pain free and was able to live a normal active life. Dr. Nelson is an amazing surgeon for a year. I couldn’t find someone to do my hip replacement because I was ”TOO YOUNG” I couldn’t walk for a whole year then I met him and he changed my life He did my hip replacement and you could barely see the scar. Thank you so much Dr. Nelson.
After trying to avoid a knee replacement for years, I got to a place of acceptance when I met with Dr. Nelson. My experience with him and my surgery experience has been exceptional. Him and his staff were knowledgeable professional and skilled. A month after my surgery I was doing great. I believe that the robotic surgery along with my aftercare team and following the medication regimen got me back on the good foot.
