I had an appointment that I was on time for. When I arrived they stated "they were behind". I understand, it happens. Then, they come out and say they need to reschedule me. I had to take leave for this appointment. Now, today I had an appointment at 12:40, they call and say they had a cancelation and can get me in at noon. I changed my leave at work.
